Shipping & Returns

Shipping.

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after Gourmetfoodfete.com receives your order. If there is an issue or a question regarding an order, we will promptly notify you by email or phone. Our preferred shipping partners are USPS, FedEx Express and FedEx Ground. To estimate shipping charges, please add product to the shopping cart and proceed to check out. Your credit cards will not be charge until your confirm your order.

Special Order Items

Items marked as "Special order items" will be ordered from our supplier and shipped to you within 7-10 days from the day we received your order. If there is an issue or a question regarding an order, we will promptly notify you by email or phone.

Backordered items

You will be notified before finalizing your order that the item is out of stock and once you place your order it will be processed as Special Order Item.

Cancellations.

You may cancel your order without incurring shipping charges if your cancellation is received before your order leaves our warehouse.

 Returns.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know within 5 business day of having received your order. Any item that you are not satisfied with, will be replaced or refunded upon your timely request.
